Orders and quotations
Online shop orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed through our secure checkout. Custom work that requires a quotation is based on the information supplied and may change if size, quantity, artwork, material, finish, delivery or other requirements change. A custom quoted order is confirmed once the scope, price and any required artwork proof are accepted.
Artwork and approvals
You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, dimensions, quantities and other details shown on the proof. Production may begin after approval, and changes requested afterward may incur extra costs.
Intellectual property
You must have permission to use any artwork, logo, photograph, trademark or other material you provide. You remain responsible for claims arising from material supplied by you.
Colour and production tolerances
Screen colours may differ from printed output. Minor variations in colour, size, alignment and cut position can occur as part of normal production.
Payment, delivery and risk
Online shop orders are paid securely at checkout. Payment terms for custom quoted work will be confirmed with the quote. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by couriers or events outside our control. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.
Custom products and refunds
Custom-made products generally cannot be returned for change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or copy website content without permission.
